About Bill

Founder and Operations Director
A retired Fire Captain and Paramedic, a former Fire Chief and retired US Army combat veteran, Bill is the founder and Operations Director for Disaster Dogs of Illinois, with 33 years in Fire and Emergency Services. Bill is highly trained and experienced in disaster and heavy collapse rescue operations. Bill is the primary K-9 handler for K-9's Echo, Lilly, Ivan and Padme.
